All services provided by Breaking Bread Distribution Inc, including but not limited to forwarding, cargo transportation, and warehousing for freight transportation, are subject to these conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We've simplified these parameters to help you understand your liability and our commitment to your cargo.

2. Liability for Loss or Damage

We don't just move boxes; we carry your business's future. However, standard transit risks are a reality of global logistics. Under these terms, Breaking Bread Distribution Inc maintains limited liability for cargo in accordance with industry benchmarks and specific Houston, TX regulations.

Crucially, the maximum liability for any incident shall not exceed a predetermined amount per pound of weight, unless a higher value is declared by the shipper. You'll find that our commitment to safety is absolute, but professional forwarding requires clear risk allocation.

3. Warehousing and Storage

Does your freight require temporary set points? When cargo enters our dedicated warehouses for freight transportation, responsibility transitions to our storage protocols. Clients must provide accurate documentation regarding the nature of the cargo, especially for hazardous or sensitive materials.

4. Payment and Fees

Timely delivery requires timely funding. All logistics and transport service invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in a lien being placed on current freight being handled within our forwarding network.
